Car sellers

You can call the car seller directly from Cars HotSurf. Calls are made through the third-party "Skype" and "Phoner" programs.

To make a call from the software, follow these steps:

Step 1. In the accordion menu, click the item "Car search".

Step 2. In the list of found car ads, chose your fit ad you and press the "Call" icon:



To set up phone calls from Cars HotSurf, follow these steps:

Step 1.Click the "Options" item in the software accordion menu:

Step 2. In the item "Options", click the "Call and notifications" subitem.

Step 3. In the now appeared window, in the "Phone Settings" section, choose the telephony application:

The "Telephony application" parameter has the following settings for integration with "Skype" or "Phoner":

• "Default (CallTo)" - integration with "Skype" through the tag "callto:".
• "Integration with Skype" - integration with "Skype" through SkypeAPI. If you select this setting, you should allow "Skype" the access to Cars HotSurf:
  
  
• "Integration with Phoner" - integration with "Phoner".
• "Skype link" - integration with "Skype" through the tag "skype:".
• "Tel link" - integration with "Skype" through the tag "tel:".

Cars HotSurf enables you to perform different tasks with car sellers’ contacts:

• Create new, edit already established or delete car sellers’ contacts.
• Display all downloaded car ads for a particular car seller.
• Map routing to car sellers.

To create a new car seller’s contact based on downloaded car ads, follow these steps:

Step 1. Click the "Car search" item in the accordion menu.

Step 2. In the list of car ads, find the car needed for you and click "Add to Contacts" in the full representation of the car ad:


Step 3. In the appeared form designed to create seller’s contacts, all data about the dealer will be taken from the car ad:
Step 4. . If need be, make necessary changes and click "OK" to create a seller’s contact or click "Cancel" to undo your actions.

To alter a car seller’s contact already created, follow these steps:

Step 1. In the accordion menu, click the item "Contacts and addresses".

Step 2. In the sellers’ contact list, find the desired seller’s contact and click the "Edit(pencil)" icon:
Step 3. Make necessary changes in the appeared form for editing seller’s contacts:

Step 4. Click "OK" to save your changes or click "Cancel" to undo them.


To delete an already created car seller’s contact, follow these steps:

Step 1. In the accordion menu, click the item "Contacts and addresses".

Step 2. In the seller’s contact list find the desired seller’s contact. Select it in the top menu, click "Delete":

To look through all car ads of a specific car seller, follow these steps:

Step 1. Click the "Contacts and addresses" item in the accordion menu.

Step 2. Find the desired seller’s contact in the list of seller contacts and click the “offers from the seller":
Step 3. After that, you will get to the section "Car search" and see all the downloaded car offers from this seller:


To route to a car seller, follow these steps:

Step 1.Click the "Contacts and addresses" item in the accordion menu.

Step 2. Find the desired dealer’s contact and its full description in the seller’s contact list, and then click with your mouse on the map with the seller’s address:
